At Ishine Wellness Center, we provide a peaceful space where you can relax, recharge, and support your body’s natural healing. Our licensed massage therapist, trained in traditional Chinese medicine, takes a holistic approach focused on balance and overall well-being.

Our licensed massage therapist specialized in Tui Na massage, a traditional Chinese technique which focuses on rebalancing the vital energy (Qi) which sets in motion the body’s natural self-healing process and help relieve pain. We also offer hot stone massages and reflexology massages.

We offer moxibustion and cupping therapy to support your overall well-being and restore balance. Moxibustion applies gentle, warming heat to improve circulation, enhance qi flow, and boost energy and vitality, while cupping therapy helps relieve deep muscle tension, increase localized blood flow, reduce inflammation, and promote the body’s natural healing processes.

We’re always looking for new ways to help you relax, restore, and reconnect. Soon, we’ll be introducing weekly Tai Chi and yoga classes to complement our therapies, along with additional massage styles like Swedish massage. These offerings are designed to enhance your well-being and give you even more ways to feel balanced, energized, and renewed.
